Damani Proctor / Chief Director Tech R&D / Co-Founder
Born in Portland, Oregon in the 70s and currently residing in Northeast Portland, Damani grew up near the Portland airport. Raised by Irving and Karine Proctor, with two younger brothers and an older sister, they enjoyed a variety of pets, including Quaker parrots, cockatiels, fish, and Dobermans.
Damani attended private Catholic, Christian, and Adventist schools, with a focus on STEM subjects and a passion for arts, bodybuilding, and Civil Air Patrol. Enjoys camping, traveling, cooking, aviation, and writing. With over 20 years in film production and fashion industry, working with Portland Fashion Week since 2003. Served as a defense contractor, engineer, and researcher in civil space and aviation, with experience in automotive restoration, restaurant renovation, and education. Damani loves sci-fi, horror, RPGs, martial arts, and space exploration, with a passion for travel, art, and model rocketry. Damani co-authored work on Mars terraforming, space tourism, and aerospace technology..
Dominick Pavese / COO / Co-Founder
Dominick Pavese is a dynamic entrepreneur from Syracuse, New York, driven by a vision to leave a positive and lasting impact on millions of lives. At just fourteen, he immersed himself in the music business, and by sixteen, he was already pursuing his dream of becoming a serial entrepreneur. His curiosity for learning new skills and understanding the science of money has fueled his relentless drive for success.
Today, Dominick's portfolio spans over a decade in the music industry and nearly five years in direct sales and marketing, working with both consumers and large corporations. As Vice President of his company, he manages international deals with foreign representatives, diplomats, and leaders worldwide, always committed to getting the job done and done well.
Keith Ryan / President / Co-Founder
Keith Ryan is a forward-thinking leader who brings organizations together, driving business growth. Having worked with several Fortune 100 Companies and spear-headed many successful start-ups since 1996 - Keith brings over 27 years of domestic and international management experience, specializing in business development, sales and marketing, finance, telecommunications, contract negotiation and business analysis. Drawing daily inspiration from his two daughters, he spends his free time with family, boating and enjoying sports.
